ORDER FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING INFORMATION: ​
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, after which they are shipped. Shipping times vary based on your location and can be estimated as follows:

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:​
​For Hygiene Reasons and the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic, we are unable to issue refunds on used beauty products.
If you are not satisfied with your selection we are happy to offer an exchange.
We gladly accept returns for unused beauty products in their original packaging, accompanied by a receipt, within 14 days of original purchase date. Please note that customer are responsible for shipping & handling fees.
Once your return has been received, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY:
We are committed to ensuring the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. We cover the shipping costs for damaged or defective products and offer an exchange for items of equal or lesser value, or a refund to the original payment method. Refund will be issued once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse we will process your refund to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.

ELECTRONIC GIFT CARDS: Give the gift of choice with our gift cards. Our gift cards can be purchased online and are redeemable on all products on our site. Our gift cards can be used multiple times until balance is depleted.
Please note that gift cards can not be exchanged for cash and are not eligible for refunds.
