Returns Policy
Makeup Products: At this time, we are not issuing refunds on Makeup products that have been opened or used. We will gladly accept returns for unused makeup products in their original packaging along with receipt for up to 14 days from original purchase date. Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling. Once we receive your package and determine that the products are eligible for return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Boutique Merchandise: We are happy to exchange any merchandise distributed directly by Divine Beauty Enterprises LLC that is defective, damaged or unused for up to 14 days from original purchase date. Customer will be responsible for shipping & handling. Your refund will be returned to the original payment method from initial purchase. We are unable to accept returns without the original receipt and product must be in original packaging. A full refund will be given once we receive your package and we have confirmed that the conditions for reimbursement have been met.
